Pasta tomato and cheese all'italiana
 

Hallo, this is a very fast and tasty recipe if you like pasta.

Needed:

Tomato sauce
soft cheese (or cheese that tends to melt during cooking, no mozzarella!)
short pasta (as to say: no spaghetti)
minced parsley.

Cut the cheese in little cubes (1 cmx1cm)

Cook the pasta and drain it. Put it again in the pot with a little (half glass) of cooking water, add tomato sauce (not too much), cheese and minced parsley. Stir it until cheese is melted and serve!
