...Бодифлекс (диск) у меня теперь есть. Я с радостью выложила бы, но понятия не имею, как это сделать. И риповать я тоже не умею...

Это можно сделать с помощью Video Convert Master.
Им очень просто пользоваться. Выбираете вверху формат, в кот. надо преобразовать файл (например, avi), затем browse - открываете с диска видео файлы и жмете convert. Ждем окончания конвертации. Файлы сохраняются по умолчанию в папке Мои документы на диске С.

Выкладываются заархивированные по частям файлы (не более 100 Мб каждый) на любой файлообменник - Ifolder.ru, Deposit.com или др. Если что обращайтесь, помогу, чем смогу :-)

It begins with flowing, ballet-style aerobics and ends with Callan Pinckney’s legendary “pulsed” toning technique (Callanetics was created in the 1980’s especially for dancers). The cardio segment is exceptionally fluid and elegant — a series of graceful arm movements with low-intensity foot patterns (it’s even done barefoot). The toning is truly unique. The motions are especially precise; each muscle contraction moves the body part less than an inch.
