Тамрико, а можно продолжение биографии. И очень-очень большое спасибо за первую часть и выложенные песни. Я до етого как то в попыхах написала, что качается, так и еще раз хочу поблагодарить.

Щас попытаюсь ещё раз "залить", как вы говорите, ой, то есть пишете... Понимаете, биография очень большая... То есть я бы её даже вообще стёрла.

А вот коротенькая есть, но она на английском. Мне на нём приятнее писать, хотя, если честно, это было для конференции написано:

She was born in Georgia, in Tbilisi, and started singing when she was just eight month, some musicians found then that she had an absolute pitch. At the age of one she had a serious repertoire – mostly romances, and she didn’t understand the sense of the words, but due to absolute hearing she could reproduce each melody as a serious singer. It the age of two she (already) played the piano and at five she entered the musical school for gifted children. At the second form the played the repertoire of the sixth, and a year later she started writing music. All teachers predicted Tamara a great future of a pianist – she was the best at school over the whole length of study.
When Tamara was nine she was being recorded on TV as the best pupil at school. She sang a song with a choir, there also was the first in the world girlish consort “Mziuri”, nineteen girls, and the art-adviser offered her to join the ensemble. Tamara sang works (compositions) of serious composers, composes wrote for her, it was classical music, she was being brought up on classical music, so she was worried that she won’t be able to sing variety music. She was a pianist, a drummer, a guitar player, and the leading soloist, though all girls had wonderful voices. They sang on different languages, even very exotic, but the most wonderful thing was their unison singing. They gave concerts half of the world and each international festival started and finished by their performances. They released many records and one of them was the musical “Our friend is Pinocchio”, they toured much with. Tamara played the part of Piero, it was a tragic character, and this determined her future life. The audience cried at her strong and high tragic voice and after the play the girl was always asked to sing “The air of Piero” again! She spent 8 years in the ensemble. She won several festivals of variety song, some of them with “Mziuri”. A documentary film was shoot about the ensemble. She was “Carmen” on children holidays!!!
Musicians say that it is more difficult to write a song than an opera. Tamara wrote her first song at the age of twelve – the song was devoted to a lost friend.
On leaving school Tamara decided to enter… a theater institute, as she wanted to become an actress and had doubts weather to enter a conservatory or to become an actress. So she studied at the piano class, wrote music, sang the main part in the opera “Orpheus and Evridica” and gave forty five concerts a month as a philharmonic soloist. Tamara won some international contests, among witch was the festival held in Dresden. The conservatory teachers didn’t adore it, her name was hang on the board of honor as the name of the best student.
At the age of eighteen she wrote the Hymn of Georgia “Mravaljamier. And soon she heard the romance “I like”, in the film, wrote on the poetry of Marina Tsvetaeva, and felt in love with her poetry. Studying at the conservatory she wrote many works on her poetry, but I know nothing about it, few years ago she released a cycle of ballads, wrote in different times. After having graduated from the conservatory with flying cards like school she entered it again – the composer class. She also finished a special vocal college. When Tamara finished the conservatory again she soon became People’s Artist of Georgian Soviet Socialistic Republic. Among the compositions wrote in the period she was a lass was the “Requiem”. This song she sang as the invited guest on the festival in Sopot. She was also an invited guest the festival in San Remo. In the year 1989 she won the “Gold Orpheus”.
In 1982 a famous composer Paul Ermishev shoot a documentary film about Tamara. She was just 20, she had a very important political post that time.
In 1985 she gave concerts in Afghanistan and after that she was presented with the order “For courage and gallantry”. She brought in the letters from solders and delivered them to different part of the country. Nearly at that time she played the main part in the performance “The shadow of the donkey” by Berthold Breht, the music to witch she wrote. She also played the main part in the rock-opera “White crown”, devoted to Janna D’ark! And they released the record.
Four records were released by Tamara before the death of the Soviet Union. She was heard on the radio many times a day.
In the early nineties she worked much in France and got acquainted with a world known composer Michel Legrand. He wrote her some songs, among witch is “Magic piano”, they gave triumphal concerts in Olympia, and Tamara also gave there solo concerts. The singer was very popular there. There, if France, she was offered to become one of the leading soloists of the “Opera de Bastille”, opera scenarios were written for her voice, but she refused to sign a contract. Soon she gave concerts all over the world, alone and with Michel Legrand. Three years in succession she gave concerts in “Carnegie hall”: she conquered the world by her music and the voice of an amazing beauty. There she was again offered a contract she couldn’t refuse from: main parts in Broadway musicals (The learned the parts in “Cats” and “Evita” by Lloyd Webber) and the main part in the Hollywood film “Emigrant”, but she again decided not to accept offers, I can only guess why – she was too modest for such suggestions.
Tamara was extremely popular an Israel since the early nineties. The press wrote that days: "When She sings, it''s always exciting. When you look into her eyes you experience an overwhelming feeling of admiration. Her Hebrew songs are so beautiful, that we, the Israelis, should lay red carpets in front of airplane’s ladder when She comes to Israel."
She was awarded (conferred) to plant a tree in the “Park of friendship” near the tree of Helmut Kohl.
In 1998 year she decided to return to Russia, because it is impossible to live without home, especially without Georgia, and she found the closest place to it.
Two films were shot with her in the main part in the nineties, the first was a documentary one, she wrote music to the second: “Woman in a desert”, and one film is going to be shot, the music to witch wrote Michel Legrand. She also took part in a documentary film “His wife”.
She’s now playing a part of Dulsineia in the Theater of the Russian Army in the musical “The man from Lamanchi”, singing the main part in the opera “Carmen” with a world-known singer Vladidir Grishko, making a new album.
Tamara has released eight disks in Russian and I have no information about American, French, Georgian disks and disks, released in Israel. In the year 2004 the singer became People’s Artist of the Russian Federation, and is now also a People’s Artist of Ingushetia.
And now I’d like to speak on music. Tamara knows eight languages and sings songs on 9 languages now, but has more in her repertoire.
She writes music, and it can be called impressionism, it’s expressive, emotional, passionate, full of emotion, she writes poetry in two languages. She has rhythmical songs, especially in the oriental style. The singer glorifies her Motherland, Georgia, Russia, her lovely mother, music, our wonderful earth, youth, sings about love and peace, some songs are devoted to an antiwar topic. Some compositions are devoted to lovely countries and cities. And of course, her music is devoted to a Woman.
Her voice is based on feelings, emotions, passion, it is so tragic, big and it seems that it can pierce the sky in it’s height … Tamara is weaved of emotions and music. People say she hears music each moment, even in silence.
